Best True Maroon I've found! I purchased a maroon craft glitter a year or so back that, when covered with epoxy resin, lost all of its sparkle. That's when I began my search for the perfect maroon. When I couldn't find it (they all looked too purple for me), I decided to make my own. After some experimenting, I came up with a color I was happy with. I sent a sample to my glitter color expert and she loved it. I knew I had it right. I think this is as close to the best maroon glitter available and I think you will, too!

Please note that the glitter will appear slightly different under epoxy. Please reserve judgment till after it's under epoxy if that's how it's to be used. :)

Polyester. Much more sparkle than Craft Glitter.

This is a perfect match for Dr. Pepper, Gryffindor , and all the other Maroon School Teams. Texas and Mississippi come to mind first.

Polyester Glitters have many advantages over Craft Glitter. Polyester Glitters are more resistant to UV rays and fading. Most can be used with solvents. Polyester Glitters can be used in all applications that Craft Glitters can be used and many more - including use with Epoxy, making them great for Tumblers! Also, Polyester Glitters go further. They are much, much thinner than Craft Glitters and therefore will give you much better coverage without the bulk of Craft Glitters. Though it cost more, it saves you money in the long run.
